Am I eligible for a return?

Customers may return a product within 14 days. The 14-day period starts from the day the customer accepts the product.

Returned items will only be accepted in their original condition - unused, with original tags, labels, and packaging, if applicable.

We do not accept returns on swimwear and underwear.

How long does it take to receive the refund?

We will refund the amount to the same Bank / Credit Card / PayPal account used for the original payment. From January to September, refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive the returned parcel. From October to December, processing may take up to 14 business days due to increased volume.

How much do returns cost?

The return fees are covered by the customer.

United States - $20
United Kingdom - £20

Please note that the original shipping cost are non-refundable amounts.

US and UK Customers

For customers in the US and the UK, taxes and import fees are included in the product price. These charges are not refundable when you return an item. Only the product value excluding taxes and import fees is refunded.

Gift Card Refund Method

We offer a gift card as a refund option for your returned product. When you choose the gift card refund, you'll enjoy free return shipping, helping you save on additional costs. Once we receive your returned item(s), our quality control team will inspect them for approval.

After approval, we'll issue a gift card equal to the value of your return, which you can use for future purchases. The gift card will be sent to the same email address you used during your last purchase.

Will a courier come to pick up my return?

Yes. You do not have to take your return shipment to a post office or worry about finding your courier. Once you finalize the return process our courier will pick it up from the address you specify.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

By placing an order, customers establish a commercial relationship with Racer Worldwide and commit to accept delivery of the parcel related to the order placed. If the parcel cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect phone number, wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver, refusal at customs clearance on orders shipped outside EU), or if the customer refuses to collect the parcel, the parcel will be returned to the sender Racer Worldwide in Estonia at customer’s expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax fees. The amount will be deducted from the total amount of the order to be refunded. Customers are obligated to cooperate and respond to any questions and issues during the return process within 14 days to be eligible for a refund. 

*The return may not be possible in case of participation in a "First order gets it for free" contest or contest of a similar nature. This rule is needed to make participation fair for every customer. All sales during the first minutes of the drop are final and can be returned only if there is a serious issue with the order. Racer Worldwide® customer support reserves the right to decide for a refund in that case.

ÜLDTINGIMUSED

Tellimuse esitamisega loob klient ärisuhte Racer Worldwide’iga ning kohustub vastu võtma tellimusega seotud saadetise. Kui saadetist ei ole võimalik kliendi märgitud tarneaadressile kohale toimetada kliendist tulenevatel põhjustel, näiteks vale või puuduliku telefoninumbri, vale või puuduliku tarneaadressi, adressaadi puudumise või Euroopa Liidust väljapoole saadetud tellimuste puhul tollivormistuse käigus koostööst keeldumise tõttu, või kui klient keeldub saadetist vastu võtmast, tagastatakse saadetis saatjale, Racer Worldwide’ile Eestisse, kliendi kulul. Kulu hõlmab transporditasu ning võimalikke tolli- ja maksutasusid. Vastav summa arvatakse maha tagastatava tellimuse kogusummast. Tagasimakse saamiseks peab klient tagastusprotsessi käigus tegema koostööd ning vastama kõigile küsimustele ja pöördumistele 14 päeva jooksul.

Tagastus ei pruugi olla võimalik juhul, kui klient osales kampaanias „First order gets it for free” või muus sarnase iseloomuga kampaanias. See reegel on vajalik selleks, et tagada aus osalemine kõigile klientidele. Kõik müügid drop’i esimestel minutitel on lõplikud ning neid saab tagastada ainult juhul, kui tellimusega esineb tõsine probleem. Racer Worldwide® klienditugi jätab endale õiguse otsustada, kas sellisel juhul tehakse tagasimakse.
